Returns Policy

We're confident that you'll be happy with any goods purchased from The EnergyStore. However, in the unlikely event that you are not, items can be returned within 30 days from delivery and for a fee of 20% of the price. Contact us at sales@theenergystore.ie to initiate the return process.

Damaged or defective goods:

The EnergyStore will be liable for defects as to quality as follows:

• Notifications of defect by the buyer must be given in writing to sales@theenergystore.ie within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

• Defective parts shall be, at the discretion The EnergyStore, repaired, replaced or provided again free of charge, provided that the reason for the defect had already existed prior to delivery of the item. 

• Claims for repair of replacement are subject to a statute of limitations of 12 months calculated from receipt of the the item. 

Faulty within warranty:

• If a product develops a fault within its warranty period you are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement at our discretion.

• Goods returned as faulty where no fault is found will be returned to the customer.
